Digital Insurance has acquired Strategic Benefit Solutions of Raleigh, North Carolina, US which merged with the local office of Digital Benefit Advisors (DBA), a division of Digital Insurance.
According to the terms and conditions of the deal, Strategic Benefit Solutions president Henry Stewart joins the established team, offering enhanced services to its clients.
TriSure Benefit Advisors, and BCT, formerly Carolina Benefit Plans of Raleigh combined forces under the DBA banner, said the acquirer.
Digital Insurance executive vice president and chief marketing officer Mike Sullivan said uniting Strategic Benefit Solutions with DBA Raleigh office builds a regional employee benefits powerhouse in the Triangle market.
"Henry is a perfect complement to our culture, while our company helps expand and enhance service to his clients," Sullivan added.
The amalgamation of both DBA will offer, Digital Insurance will access to a broader variety of carriers, dynamic tools, proprietary products and the ability to effectively navigate the complexities of health care reform.
