Digital Insurance, a employee benefits agency, has said that it is expanding its operations team, with the appointment of Susan Thayer as new vice president of client services.
Thayer, who is based in the Washington DC, will be responsible for the operation and leadership of Digital’s expanding network of local market offices.
Most recently, she served as the benefits operations manager of USI Insurance Services, the nation’s largest, privately owned independent insurance broker. She has more than 25 years of experience working in the health care and insurance industry.
Previous insurance employers also include Kerxton Insurance in Fairfax; Old Northwest Agency in Texas; and CIGNA Insurance in Albuquerque.
Digital Insurance president and CEO Adam Bruckman said Susan will help ensure Digital’s continued growth as Digital build on its first decade of success and sustain the leadership role in a changing marketplace.
"Her strategic management talents and exceptional accomplishments will strengthen productivity in our local market offices located throughout the country," Bruckman said.
