Digital Insurance, an employee benefits agency, has expanded its local market presence by acquiring Orlando-based Complete Insurance Source (CIS).
CIS serves the insurance needs of over 3,000 individuals and families, as well as those of more than 500 business concerns in Fayette, Fulton, Coweta, Henry, Spalding and Clayton counties.
Following this acquisition, Bruce Goin and his 14-member staff will continue operating the agencies, and their clients will benefit from resources that include technology, price advantages from proprietary solutions available through Digital’s national platform.
According to Digital Insurance, the firm will gain access to CIS’s HRIS, and payroll and benefits administration platform available through its partner company, PlanSource.
Complete Insurance Source president Bruce Goin said the agency is on technology, innovation and by providing a deliverable that enhances a client’s experience by integrating benefits administration and payroll/HRMS solutions.
