Delta appoints new vice president sales western region

Delta Dental Insurance has promoted Melissa Fullerton to vice president of sales for its western region.

Fullerton joined Delta Dental in 1998, and worked in numerous fields, including network development, sales and account services.

According to the US underwriter, Fullerton will oversee sales activities in Texas, Louisiana, Montana and Utah, US in her new role.

Delta Dental Insurance Company, Delta Dental of California and several other companies under common management provide dental benefits to 26 million people in 15 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

Delta Dental Insurance Company, a part of the Delta Dental Plans Association (DDPA), consists 39 Delta Dental member companies licensed in all 50 states, and the association covers 59.5 million of the 166 million people across the US.
