Dell Services has introduced a new advanced Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) platform for property and casualty (P&C) insurance carriers.


The company has partnered with CodeObjects to launch the business processing platform, which will allow insurance carriers to enhance agent customer service, control costs, increase productivity and focus resources on higher-value business activities.

The platform will also help P&C carriers to offer real-time support to agents and direct access to policy data, claims status and billing.

It is also claimed to enhance underwriting models and risk assessment with proactive management of real-time business intelligence within the underwriting and claims portfolio.

The offering uses Dell Services’ private, cloud-based platform, P&C expertise and proven service capabilities with CodeObjects’ technologies.
