Managed Care Services is expected to be the exclusive writer of Darwin's 365Complete managed care product

Managed Care Services, a division of Swett & Crawford Group, has announced that it is moving its programme and underwriting relationship to Darwin Professional Underwriters, a member of Allied World Assurance Company Holdings, and part of Allied World’s US operations, effective
February 15, 2009.

 

Darwin said that Managed Care Services (MCS) will continue to service its current book of business and will now be the . The 365Complete product is a single-source solution that integrates multiple professional liability coverages into one insurance product. As a result of this partnership, eligibility for 365Complete will be expanded to include organisations with up to $50 million in revenues, up from $25 million.

 

MCS is structured to support submissions from both wholesale and retail facilities and will have use of Darwin’s managed care errors and omissions and health care directors and officers products to support its current book of business as well as for most types of managed care organisations, subject to clearance with Darwin.
