US-based wholesale insurance distributor, Crump Life Insurance Services has selected iPipeline’s integrated products that include CRM for Insurance, Forms (content), and iGO e-App to provide its clients’ an automate marketing, selling and processing experience.

The products will streamline business processes for Crump associates and the 200,000 insurance agents and financial professionals who can leverage Crump’s systems.

Crump Life Insurance Services Growth Initiatives senior vice president Ron Alexander said that the features of the integrated distribution suite will allow the company to offer its associates and producers additional tools to optimize their productivity.

"They will be able to use one logon to access multiple products on Crump’s platform for marketing, selling and processing insurance throughout the US," Alexander added.

Crump Life Insurance Services Institutional Distribution executive vice president Michael Martini said that the CRM solution enables brokerage managers across the US to manage leads, opportunities, policy status, and other business activities through a custom dashboard.

The CRM for Insurance solution will receive data from the firm’s agency management system on a continuous basis allowing immediate access to updated information and to better support the nationwide sales force and clients needs, Martini added.
