Crawford & Company has partnered with CEI Group to offer automobile and heavy equipment managed repair programs to help its clients reduce claim costs and vehicle down-time.
Crawford clients will now be able to access CEI’s network of around 4,000 collision repair shops, including 800 truck collision repair centers in North America.
In addition, both the companies will offer credentialed networks for both rental and glass claims, which can be used in conjunction with managed repair programs or as stand-alone programs.
Crawford director of casualty services Dester Terry said that the partnership with CEI will help claims managers attain an immediate reduction in overall claim costs and help customers get back on the road quickly.
“Claims managers can be assured that each estimate has been fully audited and that every cost-saving method was considered during the repair,” Terry said.
