Crawford & Company, an independent provider of claims management solutions, and AutoReturn, a towing management and logistics solutions, have entered into partnership to provide towing solutions to Crawford customers.

Crawford’s managed towing solutions provide end-to-end management of the entire tow process including guaranteed services levels to clients; limited liability through utilizing a third-party vendor; reduced administrative and claims costs; and contracted towing rates under a national account basis.

The towing service will be available either through Crawford’s Vehicle Services managed repair network or as a standalone offering for all US P&C lines of business.

In addition to the managed repair network, Crawford’s nationwide Vehicle Services include damage appraisal for autos, heavy equipment, recreational watercraft, recreational vehicles and motorcycles, and condition inspections for a variety of vehicles, including leased and fleet autos and heavy equipment.

As part of its recent expansion of vehicle claim services, the Crawford also launched a centralized claims center, Vehicle Services Connection, for claim intake, damage assessment and oversight of complex losses.

Crawford’s US Property & Casualty operations assistant vice president of vehicle services Blair Bennett said with AutoReturn, the company can now offer a one-stop solution that streamlines this process and helps reduce claim costs.
