Crowe Paradis Services Corporation (CPSC) and Electric Insurance Company, a provider of personal and commercial lines insurance, has entered into a joint marketing agreement to expand the distribution of CPSC’s full range of compliance services.

Under the agreement, CPSC and Electric Insurance will market a suite of web-based, turnkey Medicare compliance services including Medicare set asides, conditional payment investigation and negotiation, Medicare secondary payer mandatory reporting, and compliance assessments to law firms that represent property and casualty insurers and self-insured corporations that have Medicare reporting obligations.

CPSC said that the offering comes to a marketplace currently bewildered with fully understanding the Medicare claims reporting requirements, which go in effect on January 1, 2011. It is prepared to provide web-based compliance reporting for property and casualty industry to ensure that all Medicare compliance requirements are achieved.

The company said that with MSP Navigator, the adjuster has ability to identify, manage and track all claims in which Medicare is involved from their desktop. It also provides control reports to be utilized by managers to confirm compliance.
