Cozen O’Connor has opened two new Pennsylvania offices in Harrisburg and Wilkes-Barre. The offices would offer service capabilities to local businesses.

The company stated that the Harrisburg office would concentrate on state and federal affairs with a special emphasis on tax, insurance regulatory, energy, environmental and public utilities matters.

Frances Roggenbaum, who practices in the firm’s insurance corporate and regulatory practice group, would serve as the office managing partner. Also based out of the office will be Dan Schulder, of the tax practice group, and Jeffrey Norton of the energy, environment and public utilities practice group.

The Wilkes-Barre office would be led by John Moses, experienced in handling a variety of matters for the government, corporations and individuals.

Tad Decker, CEO of Cozen O’Connor, said: “A Harrisburg office will provide a greater presence in the capitol and support for the work we do with the state government including tax, energy and utilities, regulatory, and government relations. The Wilkes-Barre office underscores our commitment to our significant client base in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
