Cornerstone National Insurance Company (Cornerstone) has deployed ISCS's SurePower Innovation Policy Administration Suite, in an effort to offer user-friendly online capabilities for insureds and independent agents.
Implementation in Missouri and Oklahoma markets, in the middle of 2012, has provided high rate of agency adoption, agency base expansion, as well as a significant increase in straight-through processing (STP) percentages without relaxation of any underwriting criteria.
Cornerstone chief operating officer Roger Walker said, "We were looking for a long-term solution that included a consolidated customer-service portal — a one-stop for customers to view documents, pay bills, file claims — and a customer sales portal."
The software is also expected to enable the agents to interface with ISO ClaimSearch and car rental companies directly through Cornerstone’s platform.
Cornerstone is also planning to expand SurePower Innovation’s use for business in Arkansas, Kansas and Texas in 2013.
