Allows policy holders to pick and choose a range of optional add-ons and modify the insurance to suit their businesses

The Co-operative Insurance has launched a new range of sector-specific, business insurance products – reported Advertisertalk.com. The company has said that the insurance products are targeted at primarily small businesses that account for 74% of all businesses in the UK.

Reportedly, these insurance products are designed keeping in mind the protection needs of self employed people like hoteliers, shop owners, restaurateurs and residential property owners in the UK. Policy holders are allowed to alter their insurance to suit their individual business needs with a range of optional add-ons.

It has been reported that the range of tailored insurance products have been developed to meet the protection needs of the self employed, shop and salon owners, publicans, restaurateurs, hoteliers, office and surgery owners and residential property owners.

David Neave, director of general insurance, said: Our new range of packaged insurance products now offers customers a much higher level of flexibility. We understand that one size does not fit all and have worked to move our business insurance products to another level, allowing customers to tailor benefits to best fit their businesses, reported the website.
