Cooper Gay, a reinsurance and specialist retail insurance broker, has restructured its London based marine and energy reinsurance team to target continuing growth in market share.
As part of restructuring, Steven Herbert has been appointed as head of LMX, Phil Fox as head of UK & Europe and Jim Hamilton-Grant as head of International, within the marine & energy reinsurance team.
They will report to Andrew Hitchings, managing director of Reinsurance at Cooper Gay & Co.
Cooper Gay group chief executive Toby Esser said this restructure is part of well established strategy of building strong, highly specialized teams to offer first class service to clients.
