Conseco, the holding company for a group of insurance companies in the US, has announced that Timothy Tongson will join the company as senior vice president and corporate actuary.
Mr Tongson will report to Mark Alberts, executive vice president and chief actuary of the company. He will join Conseco from Swiss Re Life & Health Americas, where he has served since 2003 as executive vice president and chief actuary. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota.
Mr Alberts said: Tim is a great addition to our actuarial and financial management team. He brings a breadth of experience in leadership positions which will be very beneficial as we continue to transform Conseco.
