Confie, a national provider of personal lines insurance, announced today that it has acquired four insurance brokers with locations in Alabama, Western New York, and Florida.

Confie has acquired and successfully integrated over 97 businesses since its inception.

Confie acquired TS Insurance Group which specializes in non-standard auto insurance, and operates five locations in Montgomery, Abbeville, Enterprise, and Troy, Alabama. The addition of TS Insurance brings Confie’s total number of locations in Alabama to 29.

Confie continued its buildout in the Greater Buffalo area with the acquisitions of Schmitt & Kraft and Dunlap & Bajak, independent insurance agencies located in Williamsville. Both agencies were founded in 1970 and write standard personal lines. Confie has now acquired 15 Buffalo area agencies since 2012.

Confie also acquired All Florida Insurance Group in Green Acres, Florida (near West Palm Beach). All Florida Insurance specializes in non-standard auto insurance.
