CNA Financial, a provider of commercial insurance products, has appointed David Daugherty as new commercial underwriting officer for its Denver territory.
Daugherty will work collaboratively with branch vice presidents and business development leaders to shape strategy for the profitable growth of CNA’s entire commercial lines portfolio.
Daugherty will join CNA with nearly 40 years of insurance management, underwriting and sales experience.
Most recently, he served as executive vice president for IRG-Affinity Insurance Partners, where he managed large construction and manufacturing risks.
CNA’s insurance products include standard commercial lines, specialty lines, surety, marine and other property and casualty coverages. The services also include risk management, information services, underwriting, risk control and claims administration.
