Clear One Health Plans has launched new Natural Health Plan, designed with an emphasis on alternative medicine such as naturopathic medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and nutraceuticals to focuses on health insurance available in the state of Oregon.

The company said that the new Natural Plan, which is expected to be available from February 1, 2010, will provide members with a combination of medicine and the added security of medical plan, including physician services for illness, hospital, maternity, mental health, emergency, and prescription drug coverage.

According to Clear One, the new plan offers 3 different plan options which are available with monthly premiums starting at $83 for ages 20 and under, $95 for ages 2-29, $124 for ages 30-39, $169 for ages 40-49, and $240 for ages 50 and above.

In addition, the plan also includes access to an online wellness program which includes educational information, tools, healthy living programs, news, medical resources, and also a Clear Assistance Program.

Ruth Rogers Bauman, executive vice president of corporate analytics and government programs at Clear One Health Plans, said: “We are excited to offer this unique holistic health insurance plan, which is the first plan of its kind in Oregon specifically designed for individuals who prefer alternative health care outside the scope of conventional medicine.
