Citigroup's local operation plans to extend access channels to consumer finance through the launch of a mall-based banking and service center in Bahrain.
Citigroup has revealed it will launch a distribution channel providing customers with a range of banking facilities at a new banking and service center based in Bahrain Mall.
Citibank says it hopes to provide customers with a full suite of banking services at a landmark commercial center, with plans to open further centers in different locations throughout the Kingdom.
This center will offer customers’ banking, finance and investment assistance seven days a week. Customers applying for any of Citibank’s consumer products including credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, investment and insurance products will be able to complete their transactions while shopping at the mall.
The sales and service center in Bahrain Mall offers customers the convenience of being served at their mall of choice and falls within a series of service and product initiatives that the bank has been executing in the past 24 months to best serve our customers in Bahrain, said Ashish Bhugra, Citibank’s country business manager in Bahrain.
