Symbility Solutions has signed a five-year agreement with Chubb Insurance Company of Canada to implement Claims Connect solution into their insurance business.
Symbility Claims Connect is a mutual workflow management solution with unmatched control and visibility of claims all through the claim lifecycle, which improves the existing claims management system across the company’s network of adjustors and building contractors.
As per the contract, Chubb Canada will also implement Symbility Mobile Claims which an estimating tool developed to enhance efficiency, customer service and accelerate during the estimation process.
Operable from any personal computer, the solution incorporates measurements, diagrams and pricing databases which facilitate to create property and casualty claim estimates quickly, easily and in other cases.
The solution will integrate everyone involved in the claims process into a single system to offer a single, transparent and market leading claims experience to Chubb Canada’s customers.
