Chelsea Building Society has adopted Legal & General's Online Protection service in order to provide efficient sale of life assurance products.

Chelsea hopes to enhance customer experience by offering a single form to customers accessing products from Legal & General’s value for money range, including accident, sickness and employment cover.

Chelsea Building Society’s Matthew Cape said: We are constantly striving to provide our members with a better customer experience and ensure that they are able to protect against future events. The use of state of the art technology in the shape of on-line protection, to provide Legal & General’s excellent products, is a driver behind this strategy as it will enable us to efficiently meet our members’ needs.

Kate Avery, from Legal & General said, Legal & General has already made On-line Protection available to 45,000 registered industry users and we will continue to sign up new ones to gain new business.
