Chartis has enhanced its Environmental Division’s Environmental and General Liability Exposures (EAGLE) Program that provides standard general liability coverage together with pollution coverage in one insurance policy.
The EAGLE enhancements provide the coverage of emergency response costs in the absence of a third-party claim, expanded coverages, including protection from erroneous delivery of a product and a per project general aggregate.
