UK-based Charles Taylor has acquired CEGA Group, which provides medical assistance and travel claims management services to insurers.

The deal will allow Charles Taylor to provide new services to its clients, in addition to enhancing relationships with global insurers.

CEGA provides integrated end-to-end service, which aggregates medical assistance with claims and case management, pre-travel advice, medical screening and corporate travel contingency planning.
