Canada-based Multi-Prets Mortgage Brokers has announced that it will continue its partnership with Centract Settlement Services as part of a strategy to enhance the availability of services to Quebec brokers in 2008.
Centract Settlement Services provides fixed-price legal closing services, which saves mortgage brokers considerable time, both in upfront management of relationships with notaries and in terms of turnaround time on client transactions.
As the preferred supplier of fixed-price legal closing services to Multi-Prets, Centract offers competitive pricing and cost certainty, while providing Multi-Prets agents with access to an established network of experienced notaries. Centract supports brokers by monitoring the status of their transactions from receipt to completion.
