Centene, a multi-line healthcare enterprise, has appointed Donald Imholz as the new senior vice president and chief information officer, effective immediately. He will report directly to Michael Neidorff, chairman and CEO of Centene.

Most recently, Mr Imholz was an independent consultant working for clients across a number of industries. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri – St Louis. In addition, he has a degree in information management and an executive master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St Louis.

Glendon Schuster, senior vice president of information technology, will continue in his leadership position and report directly to Mr Imholz.

Mr Neidorff said: Centene and its board of directors believe Mr Imholz will make an excellent addition to our senior management team as we continue to strategically build our multi-line healthcare enterprise.
