ISCS said that CEM Insurance Company (CEMIC), a regional property/casualty insurance carrier offering niche, specialty insurance programs, has implemented its new end-to-end solution, the SurePower Innovation policy administration suite.
According to ISCS, CEMIC wanted to develop its product offerings further without a large capital expenditure on technology. CEMIC selected the company’s SurePower Innovation due in part to the fact that it handles all its needs, including online/hosted underwriting, claims, billing, document imaging and full policy administration.
The company said that it worked with CEMIC to ensure an efficient implementation plan and support in place throughout the project. The company functions as a partner for insurance clients by increasing productivity in areas such as underwriting and claims, and by developing producer portals and insured self-service and sales portals.
