Capita Group Plc has signed a 15-year deal with Axa Sun Life to offer outsourcing services for Axa Sun Life’s 3.2 million mature life and pension policies. The £523 million deal will be affective from June 1, 2009.
As per the terms of the agreement, Capita will offer policy administration, claims activity, customer servicing and related IT support to a part of AXA Sun Life’s business. Earlier, Capita penned a deal with Abbey Life, Zurich UK Life, and Prudential to offer outsourcing services for life and pension policies.
UK-based Capita is engaged in BPO and integrated professional support service solutions. Capita employs 36,000 people and has operations in the UK, Ireland, India and the Channel Islands.
