Builders Insurance Group has announced that Patrick Mitchell will also assume the role of CEO in addition to his current duties as president.
Allen Richardson, chairman of the board of directors for Builders Insurance said: The board chose to enhance Patrick’s role based on his strong record with the Company over the last two years plus his extensive leadership and financial background. Patrick has clearly demonstrated that he understands our business and is well skilled to lead the company on its strategic course while managing changing market conditions.
Mr Mitchell said: I remain fully committed to serving the needs of our policyholders and agency partners by delivering the products and services they need while continuing to fortify the financial and structural foundation upon which Builders Insurance Group stands. The long-term success of the Company and our partners is the primary goal of everyone on the senior management team.
