Brown & Brown has appointed Elizabeth White as president of its wholly-owned subsidiary Peachtree Special Risk Brokers.

In her new position, White will have an expanded role in growing Peachtree’s overall top line, managing carrier relationships and recruiting new talent.

In addition, she will continue to be responsible for her current property brokerage team and the broker training program.

White joined Brown & Brown when Peachtree Special Risk Brokers was founded in December 1999.

She has been promoted through several positions within the company’s Wholesale Brokerage Division.

Brown & Brown regional executive vice president Anthony Strianese said as president of Peachtree Special Risk, Liz will be responsible for the growth and marketing of Peachtree along with overseeing Peachtree’s wholesale carrier relationships and the recruitment of new talent.

"Liz’s high energy, experience and creativity will help further grow Peachtree’s overall operation," Strianese said.
