Brotherhood Mutual Insurance has selected Guidewire BillingCenter as its new billing management system, to help increase flexibility and operational efficiencies while enhancing customer service.
The new system will replace Brotherhood Mutual legacy billing system.
BillingCenter will be used by Brotherhood Mutual to increase customer service levels by offering account level billing and flexible payment plans as well as more easily and quickly implement system changes.
In order to increase operational efficiency, the system will automate the billing lifecycle while employing business best practices.
Guidewire BillingCenter has been designed for easier automation of the billing lifecycle; design flexible billing, payment and delinquency plans; manage agent commissions; and enable rapid integration with external payment systems.
