Bloodhound, Eldorado Venture For Claims Processing In US

For claims processing for Eldorado’s five million patient population

Bloodhound Technologies, a claims editing and analytics provider, and Eldorado Computing, a provider of health benefit and claims management platform, have partnered for claims processing for the latter’s five million patient population.

This partnership would combine Bloodhound’s claims editing platform – ConVergence Point, and Eldorado’s browser-based claims and benefits platform – Javelina. Together, they are expected to deliver real-time editing and transparency that would improve accuracy and control cost, said the companies.

Bloodhound’s ConVergence Point reportedly contains costs, increases auto-adjudication rates and improves payer-provider relations. By bringing together Bloodhound’s Web-based, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution with Eldorado’s automated health benefits management system, third-party administrators, managed care organisations – payers and providers can increase scalability and real-time speed in claims editing and analytics.

Eldorado specialises in health insurance application development, business process outsourcing (BPO) services, IT engineering, and operational consulting.
