The Contractor’s Protective, Professional and Pollution (CP3) Liability Policy is available on a primary and excess basis for practice or project-specific risks in the US.

It offers construction practices and projects with far-reaching protection in professional liability, protective indemnity, pollution liability, rectification of design defects, and mitigation of pollution.

The pollution liability coverage is applicable to claims coming from covered operations and transportation of waste, while rectification of design defects and mitigation of pollution coverages allow insureds to act instantly in addressing design defects and pollution losses.

BHSI has also launched the Executive First Nonprofit Portfolio, which includes executive and professional lines coverages, designed for the US nonprofit organizations.

The portfolio includes directors and officers liability, employment practices liability (EPL), fiduciary liability, employed lawyers liability and commercial crime insurance.

It will provide enhanced protection for nonprofit exposures in one concise policy form.

The portfolio provides up to $50m in capacity for customers with options for shared or separate coverage limits.

BHSI executive and professional lines head Dan Fortin said: "Our Nonprofit Portfolio is another milestone in our journey to bring cost-effective, clearly articulated management liability solutions to the marketplace."
