The new COBRApoint Online Election feature has been designed to accelerate the continuation coverage election and reinstatement process, improve Member user experience, and reduce the opportunity for administrative errors and operational overhead on our administrator customers.
Within the secure COBRApoint online Member Portal, the Member accesses a simple, intuitive and streamlined wizard which guides them through the election process, including the option to make premium payments for coverage.
Once fully elected, the Member will have full access to the information rich, self-service Member Portal to view real time account information, retrieve communications and make payments, the company claimed.
