AXIS Global Accident & Health, a division of AXIS Capital Holdings, has appointed Giles Allen as the new senior vice president of international accident & health insurance operations.
In his new role, Allen will manage the international insurance operations of the company and will be based in London reporting to the company’s international accident & health CEO Paul Chapman.
Previously, Allen was executive director of the accident & health division at Willis’s global markets international for five years.
Prior to that, Allen served in a similar capacity at Aon for four years and also worked with several Lloyds’ brokers in accident & health market over the last 17 years.
Chapman said that with his vast experience in the international accident and health brokerage market, Allen will offers the company an efficient perspective as the company will establish its presence and build product portfolio.
