Duck Creek Technologies Europe, a software and service solutions provider for the insurance industry, in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has been selected as the supplier of a new commercial insurance processing system for AXA Insurance UK.
Duck Creek has said that the solution will support the full policy life cycle enhancing AXA’s customer service. Reportedly, Duck Creek’s EXAMPLE Platform enables product definition, development, deployment and management of products and services across multiple lines of business and multiple distribution channels.
Duck Creek has added that the EXAMPLE Platform requires no hard coding or complex programming and is a scalable and flexible solution. The modern architecture of the Duck Creek platform ensures a future-proof solution, whilst delivering business growth with a lower total cost of ownership.
