Avizent Appoints New Executive Vice President, COO Of Frank Gates Service

For overseeing claims services for state funded employers

Avizent, a provider of claims and risk management service, has named Dan Sullivan as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Ohio operations for the Frank Gates Service company, a division of Avizent that offers group rating and state fund services.

Mr Sullivan has over 27 years of experience in the claims management industry. Previously, he served as senior vice president of claims operations for CompManagement. During his career, he has held several leadership positions, including vice president and operations manager at CompManagement and claims manager for EQUICOR (now CIGNA).

In his new role, he will be responsible for Frank Gates’ strategic growth in the Ohio market, continuing to enhance the company’s group rating programs and claims services for state funded employers.
