Aviva USA has completed its relocation to the new headquarters in West Des Moines.
Earlier, Aviva USA broke ground on its new headquarters in April 2008 and with a project budget of around $150m, the new headquarters sets on 88 acres of commercial property.
The company said that all 1,300 of its Des Moines-based employees and contractors are now occupying the new headquarters.
Aviva USA, president and CEO Chris Littlefield said that the new location allows the company to improve its collaboration which in turn provides an efficient experience to serve its customers.
“The campus is highly energy efficient, and designed and constructed according to stringent environmental and sustainability principles,” Littlefield said.
