Aviva Canada, a provider of home, auto, and business insurance, has launched a new mobile website, avivacanada.com.
The new mobile portal can be accessed by visiting avivacanada.com from any browser-enabled smartphone and it offers consumers an access to important information.
The insurer said that the key benefits of the new mobile website include easy and mobile access to: finding a local auto service station or contractor; the ability to instantly call Aviva’s claims reporting line to start the claims process; and searching for a local insurance broker.
To ensure a smooth experience for all consumers, the new website is compatible with all browser-enabled smartphones, not just iPhones and Blackberries, Aviva added.
Aviva Canada senior vice president of national sales and marketing Debra Ambrose said the website provides the brokers with another value add that they can discuss with their customers.
"We’ve been available to our customers 24/7 for years, but consumers can now more easily access insurance information and assistance from Aviva whenever – and wherever – they need it," Ambrose said.
