Automated Benefits has launched the version 4.0 of Adjudicare software, transitioning the Adjudicare software from a computer-based platform to a web-based application.

Automated Benefits claims that the new version of software will enable clients to manage high volumes with ease while accessing information on plan aspects including design and claim history, efficiently.

The company said that new security standards have also been implemented in the software to support systems requirements for third party administrators and insurance companies looking to accommodate large user groups within the software.

In addition, the new version of Adjudicare software will also help clients to streamline the integration of their existing systems for management of eligibility data and maintenance of claim history.

John Jackson, president of Automated Benefits, said: “The release of version 4.0 confirms our commitment to quickly delivering high quality solutions to support each client’s unique needs.

“The transition of the Adjudicare software to a web-based application strengthens its technical platform, increasing its capacity for large volumes of group business and elevating the software to a true software as a service computing model.”
