Auto-Owners Insurance has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system to its replace its legacy claims systems and enhance business and service performance.
The end-to-end claims management system, ClaimCenter has been designed to meet the property/casualty insurers’ specific requirements and will manage Auto-Owners commercial and personal lines claims.
The system’s features flexible business rules that allow the firms to define, enforce, and continually refine their claim handling practices to optimize and monitor their claim processes.
The ClaimCenter provides improved speed and accuracy, reduces loss adjustment expense, and enables proactive management for the insurers of claims across all sizes of P/C product lines.
The new claims management system will improve the loss reporting and incorporate technology in response to increasing mobile technology demands and enhance the business processes.
Auto-Owners will be able to view claims more effectively and enhance management visibility into claim status and performance metrics with the ClaimCenter.
