PT Astra Aviva Life ( Astra Life ) which will market its products & services as Astra Life powered by Aviva is officially launched and ready to serve the Indonesian market to sell and distribute life insurance products in Indonesia.

The launch is the peak of a series of important milestone which were started with the signing of the Conditional Shareholder Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement by PT Astra International Tbk and Aviva International Holdings Limited on January 17th, 2014.

The regulatory approval was subsequently obtained on April and completion of transaction is materialized on May 26th, 2014, and finally followed by the official approval from OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) for the business licence under the name of PT ASTRA AVIVA LIFE on August 13th, 2014.
