North American brokerage system AssuredPartners has appointed Mike Kish as director of Mergers & Acquisitions in a move to expand its transaction team.
In his new role, Kish will lead the acquisition process from valuation through due diligence, and on through completion.
He is responsible to evaluate acquisition opportunities for assisting senior management throughout the US.
Prior to joining the AssuredPartners Company in 2000, Kish served Marsh, Berry & Company as Vice President in the insurance agency and brokerage industry. He also served Insurance Consultant at Zito Insurance Agency.
Led by Jim Henderson and Tom Riley, AssuredPartners acquires and invests in property and casualty and employee benefits brokerage businesses across the US and has approximately $170m in annualized revenue.
