AssuredPartners, through its platform company Assured Neace Lukens, has acquired Hukill Hazlett Harrington Agency, located in greater Cincinnati.
The agency specializes in coverage for businesses, including workers’ compensation, commercial liability insurance and employee benefits; and coverage for individuals, including homeowners’, auto, and health insurance.
As part of the acquisition, 19 employees will join Assured Neace Lukens. Hukill Hazlett Harrington Agency employees will move into the Assured Neace Lukens Cincinnati office in early 2015. Operations will continue under the leadership of Rich Lonneman, Managing Director of the Assured Neace Lukens Cincinnati office.
