AssuredPartners Inc., through its subsidiary Donald F. LaPenna Associates, Inc., has acquired the Anna Berman Agency, , an independent insurance firm located in North Brunswick, NJ.
The agency specializes in commercial insurance, including liability, workers’ compensation and group health and personal insurance, including auto, homeowners’, flood and earthquake.
As part of the acquisition, the Anna Berman Agency operations will move into the Donald F. LaPenna offices, located in Clark, NJ, under the leadership of Donald LaPenna, President and CEO.
