AssuranceAmerica, a provider of non-standard automobile insurance in the US, has appointed John Mongelli as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. LeaderFinder Consulting was responsible for the search and recruitment.
Mr. Mongelli will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of all financial functions of AssuranceAmerica and its operating divisions, besides acting as a member of the Executive Committee. He will report to Guy Millner, Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Mongelli began his career with Arthur Andersen and then joined Citigroup. He also served in a variety of roles at Coca-Cola. In 2002, Mr. Mongelli joined ChoicePoint, as Vice President, Investor Relations, and in 2005 he was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Treasurer.
