Aspen Insurance Holdings has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as the claims management platform for its global insurance business.

Guidewire Software said the ClaimCenter platform will enable Aspen Insurance to offer an enhanced service and better meet the requirements of Aspen Insurance’s diverse global business.

With ClaimCenter, Aspen Insurance will be able to leverage claims, readily respond to changing regulatory and reporting requirements, automatically trigger workflow actions and better serve policyholders with Electronic Claim Files.

Guidewire Software EMEA managing director Jeff Proudfoot said Aspen selected ClaimCenter as the platform to help the insurer best serve their policyholders.

Aspen Insurance Holdings group head of IT Lisa Gibbard said that ClaimCenter will enable them to capture data and allow for process efficiency and enhanced consistency across their insurance lines, thereby allowing them to offer the highest quality services to their clients.

Available as a standalone system or as part of Guidewire InsuranceSuite, ClaimCenter can be integrated to an insurer’s legacy systems or third party applications.
