Aspen Insurance,a provider of reinsurance and insurance coverage, has appointed Kerry Calaiaro as new senior vice president, investor relations with immediate effect.
Based in New York, Calaiaro will report to chief executive Chris O’Kane.
Calaiaro has extensive experience in the financial services industry, encompassing investor relations, finance and audit. She will join Aspen from Willis Group, where she held the position of director, investor relations since 2001.
Prior to Willis, Calaiaro held a number of senior positions within investor relations at Summit Bancorp having acquired her accountancy qualifications at Ernst and Young.
O’Kane said relationships with the investment community are very important to the company and Kerry’s addition to the investor relations team will ensure that we Aspen will able to continue to serve the shareholders and other investment professionals to the high standards they have come to expect from Aspen as interest grows in increasingly diverse business.
