Arthur J Gallagher & Co (AJG), an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Winn & Company Insurance Brokers, in Hollister, California.
As per the agreement, Donald Winn and his associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of James McFarlane, West Coast regional manager of Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
