Arthur J Gallagher & Company, a provider of insurance brokerage and risk management services, has acquired Park Ridge, Illinois-based insurance firm The Splinter Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Craig Splinter and his associates will relocate to Gallagher’s offices in Itasca, Illinois under the direction of Thomas Gallagher, the mid-west regional manager of Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
