Arthur J Gallagher & Company, an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired California Insurance Center. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
California Insurance Center is a retail insurance broker offering risk management and commercial property/casualty insurance services to their large institutional and middle market commercial clients in the western US.
Arthur J Gallagher has said that California Insurance Center will continue to operate from its current location under the direction of James McFarlane, west coast regional manager of Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operation.
